Cork Bark

One pound of cork bark in various sizes up to 11" in length. Each order will contain a variety of rounds, flats and half rounds.
The amount of the pieces will vary due to the sizes of the cork but we make sure to include a minimum of 5 pieces.
For Animal Owners-
This bark is virgin cork bark from Texas, and is commonly used by reptile, amphibian and invertebrate keepers, as well as hamster owners who prefer a natural environment for their little friend. Parrots have been known to love chewing through thick chunks of bark.
Cork bark has the ability to resist rotting in damp environments and is safe to chew on for pets. When used in isopod bins, it serves as a hide and while it is eaten, it offers little nutrition, so provide a well rounded diet seperate from the cork bark.

Many plants can be mounted on cork! We have kept air plants and a rabbit's foot fern mounted for a few years now. You can also mount orchids and other epiphytes.
